What happens to my plan if I don't renew the Annual plan?
Your plan enters inactivity monitoring. After 18 months of no login, we send a 30-day warning email, then permanently delete your account and documents. This is clearly stated in our Terms of Service.
Can banks actually trust a PlanCertify certified document?
Yes. Certified plans include the professional's legal name, credentials, license number, and a verification code. Anyone can check plancertify.ca/verify to confirm the certification is real and the document hasn't been altered.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, debit card, and any payment method supported by Square. Payments are processed securely through Square under AllSpark Enterprises Ltd.
Can I upgrade from One-Time to Annual later?
Yes. Contact support and we'll apply a partial credit toward your Annual plan.
